• FLATIRON VISTA: Six exquisite residences with breathtaking unobstructed and protected Front Range views. The community blends an innovative mixed-materials aesthetic with premium finishes and fixtures throughout. Flatiron Vista weaves the indelible Boulder spirit into every aspect of life. Patrick worked with the developer on certain aspects of the project. This project was completed in 2023.
• ODONATA: Boutique community of 10 luxury residences that feature private elevators, Scavolini kitchens, luxurious master suites, 2-3 additional guest bedrooms with en-site bathrooms, seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces and dramatic Flatiron/foothills views. Patrick worked closely with the architect/developer on every aspect of the project. This project is Sold Out and was completed in 2022. 
• CARIBOU RIDGE: Caribou Ridge is a luxury mountain home community situated on 40 tree-filled acres just 20 minutes west of Boulder. The neighborhood is surrounded by epic views and pristine, protected outdoor space, offering unparalleled beauty and effortless convenience in one. Custom new-construction homes sit on large, tree-filled lots with vistas that stretch to the Rocky Mountain’s Indian Peaks. Thoughtful landscaping and timber framing integrate each spacious luxury home seamlessly into its surroundings while open floor plans and walls of windows put daily living at one with nature.
• THE BALSAM ON BROADWAY: Five exquisitely crafted residences embody the Boulder lifestyle, with walls of glass and open, airy interiors. Three 1-level residences and two 2-level residences feature private elevators, chef-caliber gourmet kitchens, luxurious master suites, 2-3 additional guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces and dramatic Flatiron/foothills views. Patrick worked closely with the developer on the project. This project was completed in 2021.
• THE MARK ON PEARL: 8 luxury living units with loft-like interiors, multiple patios with commanding views of the foothills and the Flatirons, as well as private yards. The three and four-bedroom residences incorporate wide-open spaces, large-scale windows and multiple outdoor living spaces. Each unit has a dedicated single-car garage with optional car-lift for second car. Patrick has worked with architect/developer on every aspect of the project. This project was completed in 2019.
• 18PEARL: One of the most exciting new developments to hit Downtown Boulder is here. 18Pearl consists of four luxurious residences located in heart of Boulder on famous Pearl St! These 3bd/4bth residences feature the latest in innovation and technology with no expense spared. "Smart" floor plans are on point and wasted space is a thing of the past. This project is scheduled for completion December 2017. Patrick worked with developer on design concepts, creation of floor plans, interior finish specifications, pricing, etc. He marketed and sold all units before the project broke ground and set a record for price per foot for the area.
• SIMPSON OLD TOWN: 18 luxury townhouses in the heart of downtown Lafayette. Patrick identified and helped client acquire this land. From there he built a team to help implement the vision he created. From start to finish, Patrick was an integral part of this process. This project was completed in 2016 and Patrick was able to sell all units for a record-breaking price per sq. ft.
• BLACKSMITH BUILDING AND MIDTOWN PEARL: Luxurious two-story brownstone style lofts offered the ultimate in downtown urban living. Open floor plans and walls of windows highlight these two-bedroom, two-bath residences. This was one of the first high-end multifamily developments in downtown Boulder. Patrick marketed and sold all units.

• 445 PINE STREET: Historic home underwent a 2,230 sq. ft. addition as well as a complete remodel modernizing all interiors. Patrick helped client identify and acquire property, worked with architect and the Boulder Preservation Board on design, floor plans, specifications, etc.
• 2125 8th STREET: This Historic home underwent a 1,200 sq. ft. addition as well as a complete remodel modernizing all interiors. Patrick helped client identify and acquire property, worked with architect and the Boulder Preservation Board on design, floor plans, specifications, etc.
• 2020 MAPLETON AVENUE: This Historic home underwent a 1900 sq. ft. addition as well as a complete remodel modernizing all interiors. Patrick personally designed the addition as well as all interiors. From start to finish, he was the leading vision for this project. His goal was to purposely show extreme contrast between historic and modern on the exterior while seamlessly blending true modernism throughout the home.
• 1740 SUNSET BOULEVARD: Complete renovation top-to-bottom of a landmarked home on Boulder's famed Sunset Hill. Patrick worked directly with the architect, builder, and city Landmarks board throughout the project.
