We nonetheless met with Will and after performing a market analysis he told us the price at which he thought the house should be listed. Since it was several hundred thousand dollars more than we anticipated we decided to proceed. We had met with another prominent local agent who was less optimistic about our pricing prospects. We chose to go with Will because we felt that he truly loved our home and had a much better appreciation and understanding of the house's many unique features and attributes. Will also had broad knowledge of the local market conditions, competition and inventory levels. He arranged for very professional photo shoot and video sessions, including use of a drone for overhead shots and video of our mountain home. His associate did a thorough walk through of the home and provided a number of house staging recommendations.
